Jason has a strong track record in risk justification for credit facilities with distressed and highly leveraged companies. His keen business insights and goal orientated approach add value to clients’ business, and he lives by the maxim “the customer is king”. Jason’s a committed rugby fan, when he’s not spending time with his family.

Craig Johnson

Director & Co-Founder

Craig is highly experienced, with a track record spanning 34 years in specialised outsourced credit management. Craig also has extensive experience in strategic risk assessment, notably at Murray and Roberts. Craig co-founded BCM in 1998, and understands the importance of flexibility and quick decision making. Craig is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending time in the African Bushveld.

Mandie Joubert

Her passion for credit management is second to none! When Mandie isn’t crunching numbers, you can find her at sports events cheering on her two Sons or hunting for antiques with her Husband.

William’s background in commerce, with his innate ability to converse on all levels, gives him the ability to recognise opportunities, make smart business decisions and foster a creative environment for day-to-day operations. William enjoys a good Netflix binge, quality time with his family but can also be found enjoying a round of golf with friends.

Chris has a passion for assisting clients navigate tough challenges, finding out-of-the-box solutions to ensure mitigation of risk while maximising sales. Chris believes in finding a balance between working hard, playing hard and spending time with his young family.
