He is results-driven and strives to uphold the values of each client’s business and achieve their goals. Ross prides himself on strong interpersonal relationships and is a keen sportsman, particularly cricket, rugby and golf.

Craig Johnson

Director & Co-Founder

Craig is highly experienced, with a track record spanning 34 years in specialised outsourced credit management. Craig also has extensive experience in strategic risk assessment, notably at Murray and Roberts. Craig co-founded BCM in 1998, and understands the importance of flexibility and quick decision making. Craig is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending time in the African Bushveld.

Mandie Joubert

Group Financial Director

Dedication, perseverance and integrity are the values that Mandie lives by – this is shown in her daily interaction with clients and colleagues alike. Her passion for credit management is second to none! When Mandie isn’t crunching numbers, you can find her at sports events cheering on her two Sons or hunting for antiques with her Husband.

Operations Director

William’s background in commerce, with his innate ability to converse on all levels, gives him the ability to recognise opportunities, make smart business decisions and foster a creative environment for day-to-day operations. William enjoys a good Netflix binge, quality time with his family but can also be found enjoying a round of golf with friends.

Chris Oldacre

Sales Director

Chris has a passion for assisting clients navigate tough challenges, finding out-of-the-box solutions to ensure mitigation of risk while maximising sales. Chris believes in finding a balance between working hard, playing hard and spending time with his young family.

Andrew thrives off tackling the toughest scenarios, providing innovative solutions to unlock difficult situations. His competitive persona stems from his sports and fitness hobbies. He brings the same passion across into the work environment, constantly striving for improvement to overcome obstacles whether they be for clients or for colleagues.
